Arkansas Official Background Checks

In Carroll County, the sheriff FAQ says detention officers fingerprint people who bring the background-check control-number letter, with no sheriff fee, from 9:00am to 4:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday when officers are available.

Search ARCourts vs Jail Roster

Search ARCourts and the sheriff roster are both useful, but they do not report the same fact.
