Why We Built This Site
Carroll County has two county-seat centers, a county jail in Berryville, multiple district-court departments, city police channels, and statewide systems that serve different purposes. A jail roster entry, a Search ARCourts case file, a sheriff FOIA record, and an Arkansas State Police background-check product are not interchangeable. This site brings those routes into one county-specific reference.
